Our Story

Kaavita started from a small, repeated annoyance: buying four ordinary things meant four different websites, four delivery charges and four sets of return rules — none of which were clear until something went wrong.

We built this store to be the alternative. One place, one checkout, one set of rules that we state plainly and stick to.

What We Sell

Kaavita is a general store. We carry everyday goods across five areas: camping and outdoor gear, home decor, small tech and desk gadgets, solar and garden lighting, and kitchen and tableware.

What we don't carry is anything that needs professional fitting, servicing, or a warranty claim — large appliances, mains-powered or gas equipment, and anything perishable. Those categories need a different kind of business behind them, and we'd rather be honest about that than stretch.

How We Choose What to Stock

Everything is judged the same way before it goes live: whether it actually does the job it claims to, whether it survives ordinary daily use, and whether the price makes sense against what else is available.

Carrying a broad range makes that discipline more important, not less. A wide catalogue is only worth anything if somebody has already done the filtering — otherwise it is just a list.

Our customers are people who would rather order four unrelated things from one shop they trust than chase the lowest price across four separate checkouts, and who want to know the delivery and return terms before they buy rather than after.
