These terms govern your use of kaavita.com and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Kaavita. "You" refers to the person using the site or placing an order.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information at checkout, and to keep any account credentials confidential. We may refuse service or cancel an order where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

We work to keep information on this site accurate and current, but content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and may not always be complete. We reserve the right to correct any error and to change information at any time without prior notice. Where a date of revision matters, the date shown at the top of a page indicates when it was last amended.

4. Products and Descriptions

Products are described as accurately as we are able. Screen rendering means colours may differ slightly from the item you receive, and dimensions are approximate. Product availability is not guaranteed and stock may sell out between your visit and your order. 5. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a product is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where a payment cannot be verified. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice, but a change will not affect an order already accepted. Accepted payment methods, currency handling, charge timing and payment security are set out in our Payment Policy.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States only. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days and transit 3 to 10 business days, for a total estimated delivery of 4 to 12 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Full terms are in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. We do not offer exchanges.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for activity that takes place under it and for keeping your password secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that is being used in breach of these terms.

10. Third-Party Tools and Links

We provide access to third-party tools and may link to third-party websites. These are supplied as-is, without warranty of any kind, and we have no control over their content or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and governed by the third party's own terms.

11. Intellectual Property

If you send us comments, suggestions, images or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce and publish it in connection with the store, without obligation to compensate you. You confirm that the material is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove any material we consider unlawful, offensive or otherwise inappropriate, and we are under no obligation to monitor submissions.

These terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate by ceasing to use the site. We may terminate your access at any time, without notice, if we believe you have breached these terms. Obligations incurred before termination — including payment for orders already placed — survive it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Kaavita is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
