Send us an email before you post anything — we reply inside 24 hours on business days with the return address, and you then have 14 days to get it back to us. Items should be unused and in the packaging they arrived in. You cover return postage, except when the fault is ours: damaged, faulty, or simply the wrong thing in the box.

Your return gets checked when it reaches us, and we email to confirm. The refund goes back to whatever you paid with inside 5–7 business days. After that it is down to your bank — most take a further 5–10 business days before the money shows up. If something arrived broken, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we handle it without you paying postage.
