Reckon on 4–12 business days from the moment you order. We spend 1–2 business days picking and packing, then it sits with the carrier for 3–10 business days depending how far it has to travel. Items should be unused and in the packaging they arrived in. You cover return postage, except when the fault is ours: damaged, faulty, or simply the wrong thing in the box.
