Knots No Longer Turn Every Brush Stroke Into a Tug
Detangle wet or dry hair across all textures — flexible bristles bend around knots, an 8.5 × 3.2-inch hand-sized shape, with less snagging and pulling.
Why This Is Perfect for You
✔ Flexible bristles work through knots gently: The flexible bristles bend around knots to help reduce snagging and pulling at the roots or scalp. Brush from the ends upward in short sections for gentler detangling.
✔ Suitable for wet or dry hair: Use it on damp hair after washing or on dry hair before styling. It works across straight, wavy, curly, and coily textures, so there is no need to change brushes for different hair types.
✔ Secure grip in a hand-sized shape: At 8.5 by 3.2 inches, the brush fits comfortably in hand and covers sections efficiently. Its handle is designed to stay secure during brushing, including when hands are damp.

Good to know
The answers before the questions
When will it turn up? Delivery
Reckon on 4–12 business days from the moment you order. We spend 1–2 business days picking and packing, then it sits with the carrier for 3–10 business days depending how far it has to travel. Those figures are what our carriers actually manage rather than promises, and shipping is free on everything with no minimum spend.
Shipping policyWhat if I change my mind? Returns
You get 30 days from the day it lands, no reason required. Send us an email before you post anything — we reply inside 24 hours on business days with the return address, and you then have 14 days to get it back to us. Items should be unused and in the packaging they arrived in. You cover return postage, except when the fault is ours: damaged, faulty, or simply the wrong thing in the box.
Return policyHow quickly am I refunded? Refunds
Your return gets checked when it reaches us, and we email to confirm. The refund goes back to whatever you paid with inside 5–7 business days. After that it is down to your bank — most take a further 5–10 business days before the money shows up. If something arrived broken, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we handle it without you paying postage.
Refund policyCan I see where my parcel is? Tracking
Everything ships tracked. A number reaches you by email the moment the parcel leaves us, and you can drop it into our tracking page whenever you like. Carriers normally take 1–3 business days to log the first scan, so a blank tracking page immediately after dispatch is expected and not a problem.
Track an orderWhat can I pay with? Payment
We take Visa , Mastercard , American Express , Discover , PayPal , Apple Pay , Google Pay and Shop Pay . What you actually see at checkout depends on your device and where you are — Apple Pay only appears on Apple hardware, for one — so treat the checkout screen as the real list. Everything runs over an encrypted connection and card details never touch our servers. Prices are in USD.
Payment policyIs there someone I can actually talk to? Support
Yes. Email support@kaavita.com and a person reads it — we do not run a bot on the inbox. Someone is at a desk Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (ET), and every message gets an answer inside 24 hours on business days.
