Those figures are what our carriers actually manage rather than promises, and shipping is free on everything with no minimum spend.

You get 30 days from the day it lands, no reason required. Send us an email before you post anything — we reply inside 24 hours on business days with the return address, and you then have 14 days to get it back to us. Items should be unused and in the packaging they arrived in. You cover return postage, except when the fault is ours: damaged, faulty, or simply the wrong thing in the box.

After that it is down to your bank — most take a further 5–10 business days before the money shows up.
