Items should be unused and in the packaging they arrived in. You cover return postage, except when the fault is ours: damaged, faulty, or simply the wrong thing in the box.

Your return gets checked when it reaches us, and we email to confirm. The refund goes back to whatever you paid with inside 5–7 business days. After that it is down to your bank — most take a further 5–10 business days before the money shows up.
