When will it turn up? Delivery
Reckon on 4–12 business days from the moment you order. We spend 1–2 business days picking and packing, then it sits with the carrier for 3–10 business days depending how far it has to travel. Those figures are what our carriers actually manage rather than promises, and shipping is free on everything with no minimum spend.
Shipping policyWhat if I change my mind? Returns
You get 30 days from the day it lands, no reason required. Send us an email before you post anything — we reply inside 24 hours on business days with the return address, and you then have 14 days to get it back to us. Items should be unused and in the packaging they arrived in. You cover return postage, except when the fault is ours: damaged, faulty, or simply the wrong thing in the box.
Return policyHow quickly am I refunded? Refunds
Your return gets checked when it reaches us, and we email to confirm. The refund goes back to whatever you paid with inside 5–7 business days. After that it is down to your bank — most take a further 5–10 business days before the money shows up. If something arrived broken, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we handle it without you paying postage.

Everything ships tracked. A number reaches you by email the moment the parcel leaves us, and you can drop it into our tracking page whenever you like. Carriers normally take 1–3 business days to log the first scan, so a blank tracking page immediately after dispatch is expected and not a problem.
Track an orderWhat can I pay with? Payment
We take Visa , Mastercard , American Express , Discover , PayPal , Apple Pay , Google Pay and Shop Pay . What you actually see at checkout depends on your device and where you are — Apple Pay only appears on Apple hardware, for one — so treat the checkout screen as the real list. Everything runs over an encrypted connection and card details never touch our servers. Prices are in USD.
